I've installed Nuts & Bolts a couple of times and each time had my computer
lock up when Nuts & Bolts started loading. I took their programs out of my
startup folder one by one until I could get my computer back again - which
negates much of the worth of Nuts & Bolts. I've contacted them several ways
and several times and have still not found a reply either on their bulletin
board or directly. The last time I got a message that their server was
down - sorry. Their automatic support forces you to reword the problem until
you hit a question they can answer. One time, by accident, I sent my message
directly to the corporate headquarters. Haven't heard from them either. As
you can see, it is a little frustrating. 'Tis a shame, I hope McAfee can get
it squared away.

I hope you BOTH complain to the company so they can fix it.
I can't agree with the solution, however well intended.
Temporary "work-arounds" are FINE, but I like a company that
fixes the problems that are brought to their attention.
If nobody complains, they will think everything is "fine".
