By "restore" I assume you mean the restore function within windows and 
not a "restore" of the operating system. I've never had the restore 
function take longer than a couple of minutes and it should resolve your 
problem. If not, reply to the group with more details such as the 
operating system and the browser you are using. Also, more information 
as to "the page comes up ... nothing comes up". Along the bottom of your 
screen should be an indication of the page the browser is trying to open 
and the progress.
