There is so much talk about spyware going on. I came across a program called Windows Startup Inspector which is supposed to help the novice and expert users manage Windows startup. But-- I also heard that AdAware and Spybot found cookies planted by that software. Is this correct? Is Windows Startup Inspector safe? This is "freeware" and I've heard you don't get anything for nothing. Any opinions?
