Winzip is one of the oldest zip programs around, and still one of the best.
It's what I use. Well worth registering, although the only difference is
the beg screen that pops up on the unregistered version. Make sure you are
using the latest version...I think it is 8.0 now.
When you configure it, set it up to use maximum compression.
Put a floppy in the drive. Launch "My Computer". Select the floppy. Right
click...using the context menu select Winzip...add to zip file.
Then just type a name and path. D:\myzipfile.zip, and Winzip will take
care of the rest.
