Which one? There are 3.

Presumably the one you want is the startup one---logo.sys in the root drive
(Usually C).

There are also logow.sys for Wait and logos.sys for Safe to Turn Off both
in Windows folder.

Delete or rename whichever ones you don't want. Or it's quite easy (and
fun) to make your own, if you don't like the Windows efforts.
