I use Conversions Plus from DataViz (www.dataviz.com). It not only opens Mac
disks, including Zip and Syquest, but it translates most Mac formats into an
IBM format if you desire (e.g. Claris Works->MS Word). If you don't need the
conversion utilities, they have a cheaper version that just opens Mac disks.
You can buy and download the programs from their site. If you have to do
this a few times a year, it is worth the price.
The other (easier) option is to have the Mac person save the files to an IBM
Zip disk, which they should be able to do without a problem.
