Hi Rick,
Here is a Microsoft Knowledge Base article on the subject:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q177054.
You might also try re-registering the URL monitor. Go to Start \ Run and
enter "REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL", sans quotes, and hit the "Enter" key. You
should then have a dialog telling you that the procedure was completed.
Next, open Internet Explorer and click Tools \ Internet Options \ Programs
and click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Now, check to see if the links
work like they should in Outlook Express.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Outlook Express Help
Hello,
I use Outlook Express on my other machine and suddenly I cannot
open hyperlinks I receive in emails. The link is there but I click until I
am blue in the face but no browser will launch. I have to coy and paste
into IE. Can anyone explain his and tell me how to fix it? I’ve looked in
the options but can’t see the fix if it is there.
Thanks
Rick Thornton
