Jean,

I have placed a semicolon(;) before the lines to remove if you wish to keep the
autoexec.bat and config.sys. They are not required for Win9x to start, but some
programs(Corel Barista is one I know of) wants to use AUTOEXEC.BAT to set its
classpaths.

If you change the files as below, the machine should then be able to boot into
windows.

Config.SYS

; ** DOS=SINGLE
DOS=HIGH,UMB
Device=c:\windows\himem.sys
Device=c:\windows\cwdinit.exe /A

Autoexec.BAT

Set TMP=c:\windows\temp
Set TEMP=c:\windows\temp
Set Prompt=$p$g
Set WINBOOTDIR=c:\windows
Set Classpath=.;C:\Corel\Office7\Shared\Barista;C:\Corel\Office7\Shared\Truedoc
Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH=C:\Corel\Office7\Shared\Truedoc\Bin
Path

Set Blaster=A220 I5 D1 T4
C:\Windows\Command\DOSKEY

; ** CALL C:\DOSBoot\Gameshow\TK5\Games\Tetris\TET.exe
; ** C:\windows\win.com /W
