Have you such problem with all soft or only with Excel? Maybe
you version has a bugs? I have such bugs in my mailprogram when
it show a letter it send (not in editor but dialer). When I want to
see information about previos letter a move up by scrollbar but
it started working too fast and then down itself to the current letter.
