This can be very simple or very complicated.
The simplest way is to format your drive(s) with FAT16. This will insure
that all drives are accessable under both OSs. Install Win98. Then install
NT4.
NT will recognize 98 and set up the dual boot menu for you.

If you have multiple drives or wish to partition one drive, then there are
many different scenarios to look at. Can you be a little more specific as to
the configuration?

Keep in mind that the Boot partition cannot be FAT32.
If you have one drive (C:\), keep an eye on where you install things. 98 and
NT have a lot of the same default directories. For example... 98 comes with
IE4, Outlook Express etc. If you install these to the default directories
under NT (same as 98), files will be overwritten and Outlook Express will no
longer work under 98.
However, this can also work to your advantage. There is no need to have the
same fonts, for example, installed in both OSs. Keep the fonts that you want
in one folder and point both OSs there.
