I'm not sure what Two Quick is, but hopefully this helps...

Go to "START" then "RUN" Type in "MSCONFIG" (without the quotes) and hit OK.

A window will pop up with several tabs along the top...Under the GENERAL
tab, make sure you select  "SELECTIVE STARTUP" and that all the boxes under
it are checked.

Then go to the "START UP" tab. Look for reference to the Two Quick program.
If there are two entries, disable one by removing the CHECK MARK from the
box along side of it.

Hit APPLY, OK,  close out the window then reboot.
