My nephew has an NEC 350Mhz Pentium II running Windows 98. If you go to
Start, Settings, Taskbar & start menu, and then click on the start menu tab,
then click on the Advanced button it shows no programs or programs folder. It
only shows the 4 or 5 things (shortcuts for programs) that are above the
program folder. I can still access them from the remove tab but not from
advanced. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? The program folder
and all its contents are still available from the Start button. The only
thing missing is when you go to the Advanced button. TIA.
