This happens only occasionally to me and I use Netscape 4.06 all the time. I do
notice that some sites, such as PCWorld, often do not load properly. If I
Reload--sometimes more than once--I eventually can see the page. Also, I am
aware of at least one page that will NOT load ever in NS, only in IE. There are
probably others like that.
