You state the HTML page has been saved along with the graphics.  I would
zip all of the files together, the web page and graphics, sending it as one
zip file.   If the person receiving the file is not aware of using ZIP,  I would
convert the ZIP file to a Zip executable file.  Then all they need do is execute
the file and it will uncompress.
