I have attempted to access the "mailto" on more than one webpage
and have consistently gotten the error

"error Starting Program
  The outllib.dll file is linked to missing export mapi32.dll:36"

Along with an MSIE erorr saying it can't open the helper application.

Find finds outllib.dll in c:\program files\microsoft Office\office
  and mapi32.dll in windows\system (and one under aol\net\osr2)

However, the one in system is about 26K, properties doesn't give
 a version #; and mod date of 7/28/97 (no create date)
The one in aol is 708K, version 4.00.834.839 date: 8/24/96)

Is this somehow on the win95 CD so I can replace it (I searched
to no avail). If so, where, and how do I retrieve it. (I bought
my computer new in Oct, so it should be whatever mswin95 was
shipping at the time...4.00.950.B

Can anyone help?
