Today I downloaded the program "Wintergate Counter" from www.wintergate.com
.  When I clicked on the folder to install it, I got the good old "no
program associated......please select a program to open this...etc".

Don't have a clue what to select.  It is zipped, and I can't find anything
here on my Windows 98SE that relates to unzipping, and am not sure if that
is what it is asking for anyway.

Any suggestions?  I NEVER have any luck when it asks for me to choose a
program to open something.
