That "110" tells us that this is the POP email download session that is
taking longer than Avast thinks it should. Since you almost always want POP
sessions to finish "cleanly", continuing to wait will almost always be the
right choice. It may be that your email host is just very busy/slow, and
there may be somewhere you can tell Avast to allow more time before giving
you this message.
