Packard Bell POS P75, Win95a

Has anyone had this problem?  I tried to uninstall First Aid.  I clicked
on the uninstall icon in First Aid.  I clicked on First Aid in Control
Panel|Add/Remove Programs.  Every single time, the Setup InstallShield
Wizard program would come on.  I gave up after 6 tries, using both
methods.  Is there a way to uninstall First Aid?  Or am I going to have
to use a special Uninstall Application?
