Hi Ric,

    Because of its importance, I want to comment only on this one sentence,
with the key word being AFTER.

    BEFORE doing any upgrade or installation of any new program, you should
defrag the hard drive to prevent any of the new files from being fragmented.
Another reason for defragging BEFORE is that you want all of your new
program files to be together rather than having them strewn all over the
hard drive so that the program will function most efficiently.  Think about
it.
