Using HP Pavilion 7965 with WinXP home edition

When I click on Start/My Documents I notice on the white Windows Explorer
Background the picture of a Music Note and in the left hand pane at the top
it reads Music Tasks. Start/My Pictures also appears the same. Sub folders
appear to display and react as Music/Picture/Document folders. Shouldn't the
"Root" folder of "My Documents" react as a document folder and shouldn't the
"Root" folder of "My Pictures" react as a picture folder? If so then how do
I restore those settings. Also I notice when in a picture folder if in the
left hand pane I click on "Copy to CD" I get a small Menu with the following
choices: "Copy Here", "Move Here", "Create Shortcuts Here", and "Cancel".
None of these choices lead to or allow copying pictures to a CD.

None of the above appear to be serious problems as I can write to a CD using
various software. Does anyone know what settings control this and how I
correct it?

Thank You,

Joe Trimarchi
