Subject: [PCSOFT] Defrag my hard drive

> > I need to do a defrag but when I try I get a message telling me I have
to do a scan disk. When I try to do a scan disk I get a message saying the
computer has tried 10 times but was unable to finish it due to other
programs, probably Windows, running in the background. I always close
programs on my toolbar like ICQ, dunce, Norton, etc but still can't seem to
get past the glitch. Can you help?
