I think you have a race going. The Imqxxx programs are trying to
initialize and start before the USB Zip100 is recognized and configured. I
used a freeware program called "after.exe" to resolve similar problems with
one of my setups. It delays execution of a program until after a user
defined number of seconds. I set my time (30-40 seconds) to give the
external device long enough to get recognized and configured. This program
also works well where a lot of programs are trying to start at once in the
Startup group. I have used the program to stagger the execution of programs
in the startup group.
