Some people claim or suspect OnFlow is spyware, a program which
covertly sends info about your web browsing habits back to a central
location for data logging for unknown purposes.

If you remove it or disable it you'll probably still see just as
many ads, but not as animated.
It's perfectly safe to uninstall it from your computer.
