Just recreated your situation...
(Fairly new installation of XP Pro)
I always like a shortcut to Notepad and WordPad in the sendto folder, so
those are the shortcuts I tried... Opened Windows Explorer and went to the
Windows folder. Opened Documents and Settings, and expanded the three
folders I found there, All Users, Default User and my "named" folder.
First, I dragged a shortcut to all users, then went to check if it showed
up, it didn't. When I moved it my named folder and checked, it did show up.
This is the only "user" account I have in this install, with no password.
