Assuming you are using Windows XP, turn off restore and then open
Windows in Safe Mode. Then do a complete scan with Norton. When you
restart XP, turn restore back on.
If this does not work, you can research Symantec's site to see if you
can find any other removal instructions and finally you can try to get a
Symantec person to help.
I hope this helps.

I run spybot but it doesn't find any thing that sounds like that. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? Sometimes it says trojan Mundo as well is found. Should I delete the files manually? Thanks in advance.
