Well, no... You can't have it "all ways".
It is impossible to save it "all ways" at once...
Computer files are a "one way only" type of "beast".
Go into Tools, Options, Save.
Change the "Save Word Files As:" -to- "Text Only(*.txt)
When you have a file and try to save it,
you will get a warning (and the little "paper clip guy")
will pop up and ask if you really want to do this, and ask
if you want Help to launch and show you what you will loose
if you proceed... Otherwise you will get the standard Word
warnings about loosing formatting, etc.
At that point (having a warning automatically appear)
you/they can pick a "type" to save in... Rick Glazier
