hi... i've been using ICQ for many years now without any
problems...but it seems since the onset of the 2002 versions that i've
had a rather perplexing problem....when i click a contact's name many
features have "activate" after them but the word seems to be grayed
out...when i click the feature i get a download window but when i
click "download now" i get an alert saying "failed to perform the
installation:error 109"....and if i click "services" then "add more
features" i get the same error message...i have the latest icq
version... version 2002a build 3728....but i also had the same problem
with build 3727...the features cannot be added even when i close my
firewall...i'm using win xp home edition and all the other icq
features are working...has anyone else had this problem...and what,if any,is the
solution....thanks...gary burke.
