Packard Bell POS P75, Win95a

I use a small program called Puptime to monitor my computer.  According
to the program, in the 51 days that Puptime has been on my system, it
has recorded 111 Reboots and 14 crashes.

Almost all of the crashes have occured in Netscape, mostly at
Netscape.exe.  Is the number of Reboots excessive?  Any suggestions on
how to improve my OS?
