Yes, but you have to use the compression software that originally compressed
the drive. Also decompressing or "unmounting" as M$ likes to call it, is not
always fool proof. Have had it destroy data/files as many times as it has
run correctly which results in a reformat and reload and loss of data.
Also original hard drive must be large enough uncompressed to take all the
files in the uncompressed format.
Don't know why you have 3 windows folders. I can understand one each on the
compressed and uncompressed drive.
