This generally means that your default browser has been switched to Netscape.
Try clicking on an HTML file in your hard drive and see what browser opens.
Whichever it is, that is your default browser. Both Netscape and IE have
annoying "Make this your default browser?" messages when you start them straight
from the .exe file, so you can switch it back to IE by starting IE and clicking
on OK.

(Another easy way to tell is by looking at the icon for an HTML file. It will
generally correspond to your default browser. IE's icon features a small blue
"e" and Netscape's icon features the naval steering wheel.)

If you do not get the "make this you default browser?" message, you can force
this to happen by going to COntrol Panel, Internet, Click on the programs tab
and check the box that says "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is
the default browser"

Hope this helps.
