You may want to try experimenting with the Export function under the "File" menu. There you can export to a CSV (comma separated values) text file. You choose which parts of the address book you want to export (first name, nickname, email address, etc.) and then the file is created. You can edit that text file.

A friend of mine wants a list of about half of my address book, certain e-mail addresses that I have in an alias (about 35 of them). Is there a way to, I don't know, sort of "copy" ones address book into a document then take out the addresses you don't want to send, or do I have to just copy/paste individual addresses into a Word file or something?
