To get the "Open With" option for types that don't include it simply hold
the shift key down when right clicking the file in Windows Explorer. The
open with dialog is then forced. Another way to handle this is to place a
shortcut of a text editor in the "Send To" folder (can also add any other
program that you may want to use). The "Send To" folder is in your profile
directory (folder) under Windows.
