I forgot to say I am running Windows 7 Pro 32bit. I left the Pro out.
Anyway, you have pointed me to my Admin Tools folder in my Control
Panel. My folder is empty. It gives me an error message:

If you have Win7 Pro I assume you have an Admin Tools folder in your
Control Panel? I am going to search for this error. I did install a God
Mode folder on my desktop that took some of the Admin Tools but I don't
see any start folder. More research...Thanks.
