I am suddenly getting a message box that tells me that
SHELLAPI32.EXE is trying to connect to the internet as
a server.  There is also another box came up saying some-
thing "listen" failed.  That one came and went very quickly.

I am WinME with ZoneAlarm Pro, the connections are be-
ing stopped by ZA, but what I need to know is how to stop
these functions from loading and running.  I use StartCop
and disabled ShellApi32.exe but on rebooting it just loads
again.

I think I'm the victim of a re-engineered (hacked) program,
because this is all new behavior on what was up to now a
very tight system.  Can someone enlighten me about what's
going on here & what I need to do about it?
