I have XP Pro SP1 with WM player 10.  I copy/pasted the actual URL in on IE6 and watched the wedding. It doesn't give you the option of downloading it.  You might want to ask the White Chapel people to put the file on a CD for you.  Why you can't watch it will require input from one of the resident experts.
