.SWF files are Macromedia "Flash" files, and should open in your browser
*IF* you have downloaded and installed the flash viewer.
.DLL files are dynamic link libraries. I believe on Win9x systems,
QuickView will display some of the header information for the file, but the
main content is executable code for use by other programs. Some Windows
disassemblers may be able to render this in a more-or-less readable form,
but unless you're well-versed in x86 assembler language *and* Windows system
programming, that's not going to be very useful to you.
