Did you try google.com by entering Windows ME help program or start menu in
search? I read where someone posted this and I got help on my Windows 98
SP2 for page fault in Kernel 32.dll - maybe you can find a listing too.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Accessing help problem.
When I try to access the help program from the start menu in Windows ME I
get the following: In HTML format. The page cannot be displayed & Cannot
find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer. Possibly a file is missing. No
error codes. Anybody know how to fix this? number is given.
Thanks
