Hi

Go to <START> <FIND> <Files & Folders>
Search for " *.pwl "
carefully delete your windows password file (given the name u logged in as
when u used windows for the first time)
(if u r unsure move it to another folder in case its an worong/important
password file then if all hell breaks lose just move that file back and try
another one)
and restart windows, windows will probably ask u to log in again, do so
(remember by leaving the password field blank you won't be promted to login
again)
Then connect to the internet, check the <Save password> box and your
troubles should be over.
If this doesn't work then delete/move any other .pwl files u have as windows
may have created others.

Cheers
Kevin Hain
