First I'll be "picky"... WHICH TurboTax? There are numerous
types and levels...  Mine, "Home and Business", works well.

Did you get a message:
 "Verification Failed"
 during install, or did it complete?
I would return the program for another copy right away,
due to the problem on two computers.
If another copy did not work, I would contact Intuit.
