I just installed xp home edition sp 2. From what I understand I should be able to go to a photo in My Pictures, click Email This File and then a dialog box should come up giving me options with which I can make the picture smaller. However when I do this the new message window pops up and I don't see the dialog box in which I make adjustments.

How do I make it so that when I click Email This File, the adjustment dialog box appears?
