I run Window 98 sec. edition.  When I click on a link from an e;mail (OE), or open a link that has to have a second window open the window frame comes up.  But the site never comes up.  The only way I can get the site to finally come up is to click on STOP, and then REFRESH.  But within some sites, a second window to enter user name, and password comes up.  And this will not work to click Stop & Refresh.  

Please can someone help me.
