Scott,
The statement of your problem and possible solutions sounds rather vague
to me. I don't believe that you will find an application that accepts
voice commands to build a web page, if that's what you are asking. I
think it would be extremely complex to develop the speech synthesis
necessary to decipher something spoken like "Place mypic dot jpg at 2
inches from the left margin, in a 1 1/2 inch by 2 inch box.
The HTML language and web pages are nothing more than plain text with
special bracketing for the commands. I would think that you can use
something like Dragon Speaking to dictate the coding and text, and then
perform a SAVE AS and manually change it to an HTML extension.
