Hello,

Just recently I wanted to update ZoneAlarm free edition in Windows 2000, but I accidently uninstalled it.  I tried to reinstall it, but to no avail.  Either it would just freeze at 12% or an error message would come up and tell me to restart it.  I even downloaded it again, but came away with the same result.  Does anyone have any suggestions how to correct this problem?  I'd appreciate any input.
