You say "...allowed the site to breach the firewall".
What was the actual message? Finding an open port is not the same as
breaching the firewall. If port 113 was detected, that's not a problem. You
can find out more by clicking the relevant port in the test results.
I don't use ZA at all as it causes endless problems on my XP Pro computer,
but my Linksys router passes the test at grc.com with a 100% rating.

Thank you John.  I appreciate the information.  When I visited a site to
test my firewall protection ( http://grc.com/default.htm ), ZoneAlarm
did indeed block well.  However, when I turned off ZoneAlarm, my
hardware firewall (yes, expensive - Linksys Cable/Dsl Firewall/Router)
allowed the site to breach the firewall.
