Mine does the same thing. Its because of the stuff that's loaded. If you
watch your HD light, it flashes a couple of times during
that time. at least mine does.
IF you want to find the culprit that could be causing it, goto start > run>
and type msconfig and it enter.
In that you can control which drivers and stuff you want to load.
