OS XP PRO
Hi LIST,
Today when I used disk defrag I got a pop-up message after completion; "Defragmentation is complete for: HP_Pavilion (C) Some files on volume could not be defragmented. Please check the defragmentation report for the list of these files." I've never had this happen before. I read the report but couldn't make heads or tails of it. Here is what I copied;
Volume HP_PAVILION (C:)

Fragments File Size Files that cannot be defragmented
None
NOTE That at the end of report it says "Files that cannot be defragmented NONE!" This is confusing. Could someone explain to me what in the name of sanity this report means? The only things I did prior to running defrag was to reinstall Netscape 7.1 and then ran the chk disk. TIA.
