Try going to Outlook Express.  Click Tools.  Click Options.  Click Connections.  See if it looks good.  I'm not an expert, but it seems like I had the same problem once.  Maybe you'll find something strange in there and can figure it out on your own.  My other idea is that you somehow clicked something that said "never connect" by accident.  I hope this helps.  I'm just a struggling computer user myself, so don't get mad at me if it doesn't!
