Anne,

I think that this the Norton Tool that will help you to remove NAV from
your computer.You need the Rnav2003.exe utility to uninstall Norton AntiVirus.

It is available from the "Symantec.com" Knowledge Base site.

I would like to load Norton SystemWorks to my new Toshiba laptop
(Windows XP Home Edition); but first I need to uninstall the Norton
Antivirus program  that came with it.

When I try to uninstall, instead of allowing me to chose between
Change/Remove, only Change comes up.  So far I've been reluctant to
click on it in case I get in over my novice head.

Any comments/help would be appreciated.
