I use it all the time, and I love it, but if you're just starting with

It should be a down-Arrow icon, right in the MESSAGE toolbar - NOT the 
main menu toolbar.  There should also be a little trash can icon, again, 
in the MESSAGE toolbar (DEFINITELY NOT THE MAIN TOOLBAR for this one!!!) 
which means "delete from server."  If these icons aren't available, it 
means the message is no longer on the server, for some reason.  Good luck!
