If you have the "Accessibility Options" installed, double-click
on the icon for them in Control Panel. On the "Display" tab,
there is a "High-contrast" check box with a button beside it
allowing you to choose between several types of "Settings". In
addition to providing a high-contrast display, the Windows
'shell' labels (File, Edit, Window, Help, etc.) are also
enlarged. This is also true in applications. It does not
extend, however, to spell check and other similar "programs
within programs." It may be enough for your needs, and it is
probably already present. If not, as Mr. Meagher has stated, it
can be easily installed from the Win95 CD.
